I just wanted to say thank you for making me a mom. I was never the girl that dreamed of having babies, in fact, I was quite the opposite. When I was younger, I always said I would never have children. But when I met your Daddy and as I got older I gradually warmed up to the idea. And thank goodness I did!
The moment you were born, the moment I saw you, I fell in love. It's a hard emotion to describe, and not everyone has it, but for me, it was the best moment of my life.
You have taught me so much and I learn more every day. I have learned what unconditional love is while I have also learned how to function on no sleep and no energy, using sheer willpower. There has been a lot of fun and a lot of challenges, and I am sure there is lots more of both to come as you grow-and as we both grow together.
I love being a mom, more specifically, your mom. You make me strive to be better, do better and be the best me, and best mom, I can be. So thank you baby for changing everything about everything that I thought I knew and felt about this world. You have definitely changed my world for the better.
