It's getting cooler out, Fall is right around the corner. The best time in Louisville, with so many festivals and events! Plus, pumpkin patches, hayrides and bonfires. This month's article is being brought to you by Kentucky Gymnastics Academy. They offer gymnastics classes for ages 2-18, everything from Pre-school classes for 2-5 year olds to Competitive Team Gymnastics and also offer Boot Camp for adults on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. September 1st: Learn some history at History Hounds at the Oldham County Historical Society.
September 2nd: See the balloons at the Steamboat Days Balloon Glimmer.
September 3rd: Make your own free mini whiteboard at the Home Depot Kids Workshop.
September 4th: Take a tour around the world at WorldFest.
September 5th: Get fit at the Subway Fresh Fit Hike, Bike and Paddle. Go to FamilyPalooza at Southeast Christian Church.
September 6th: Sign the kids up for a Fall archery league for beginners at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer Park.
September 7th: Learn about Kentucky animals at Wild Wednesday at the Oldham County Library.
September 8th: Go to Lanesville, IN for Heritage Weekend.
September 9th: See a concert at Foxhollow Farm.
September 10th: Take your dog for a swim at Calypso Cove. Go to the Middletown Fun Fest. Support your local firefighters at the Rib Cook Off.
September 11th: Save at the KidStuff Sale in Oldham County. Make art at the Fall Arts Festival at Josephine Sculpture Park.
September 12th: Register to vote at the Westport library.
September 13th: Learn about Ayurvedic cooking with Rainbow Blossom.
September 14th: Celebrate the new overlook at the Iroquois Park Overlook Dedication.
September 15th: Give some money for Give Local Louisville.
September 16th: Shop the Little Treasures Kid's Sale.
September 17th: Watch the truck and tractor pull at the Oldham County Fairgrounds. Go buggy at BugFest at Bernheim Forest.
September 18th: It's Family Adventure Day at Churchill Downs. See the Louisville Orchestra for free at Iroquois Amphitheater.
September 19th: Try a free class at Baby Boot Camp.
September 20th: Lay in a recliner and watch a movie at Xscape Theatre. Movies are only $5.50 on Tuesdays.
September 21st: Let the kids burn off some energy at Practice and Play at MyGym. They have 2 times available on Wednesdays. 
September 22nd: See Peter and the Starcatcher at The Kentucky Center.
September 23rd: Get a deal at the Half Price Books clearance sale.
September 24th: Watch the StageOne production of Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type.
September 25th: Take a ride on the Great Pumpkin Patch Express.
September 26th: Make something new at Maker Mondays at the Oldham County Library.
September 27th: Go to a free playdate at the Kentucky Science Center.
September 28th: Learn something new at the IdeaFestival.
September 29th: See Dracula at Actors Theatre.
September 30th: Watch the movie The Jungle Book at the Middletown Library.
