It is finally starting to feel like Fall and it's time for pumpkin patches, hayrides, and fall fun. Here is a list of pumpkin patches, some close, some drive-worthy, all perfect for finding your family fun! A few are free, most charge admission or charge for extra activities. See their websites for the most up-to-date information about prices.
Gallrein Farms - Shelbyville, KY
This is a very popular family farm. They offer hayrides to the pumpkin patch during the week. Plus, on the weekends for an additional fee they offer pony rides, barrel train rides, pedal tractors, face painting, a jumping pillow, a corn maze, bounce house, crafts, a petting zoo, and more.
Mulberry Orchards - Shelbyville, KY
They are open Wednesday through Sunday. On the weekends they offer wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, corn maze, soybean maze, and a play area. They charge $2 per person for wagon rides, and $5 per person to play in the play area. Ages 2 and under are free.
Shady Lane Farm - Shepherdsville, KY
Open on weekends. Wagon rides to the pumpkin patch and a corn maze. Bring cash, they do not accept cards.
Slow Poke Farms - Shepherdsville, KY
Open on weekends. Pick a pumpkin at the pumpkin patch. You can feed the farm animals, they have a corn maze and hay maze.
Bi-Water Farm - Georgetown, KY
This farm is open every day and has so many activities. Hayrides, Spooky FarmHouse, Enchanted Barnyard, Pirates Cove, Trike Track, Barnyard Babies, Lost Pumpkin Mine, li’l Pumpkin Play Patch, The Bird House, Bunnyville, Cowboy Corral, Billy Goat Mountain, 5 Acre Corn Maze, Sky High Slide, People Spinners, Bi-Water Ball Park, Pumpkin Vine Zip Lines, Bounce Around Corral, Chutes & Slides.
Evans Orchard & Cider Mill - Georgetown, KY
Open Tuesday through Sunday. Pumpkin patch, jumping pillow, corn maze, tire climb, hay castle, corn bin, and more.
Hinton's Orchard - Hodgenville, KY
This farm is also open every day. Hayrides, grain bin, tractor to play on, a play barn, corn maze, and pumpkin picking.
Crawford Farms - Elizabethtown, KY
Open every day, they have a playland and petting zoo, including 2 corn mazes, hayrides, pumpkins, and a nature trail.
Mink and Walters Pumpkin Patch - Elizabethtown, KY
Open every day for pumpkins. Corn maze, hay maze, corn "sand box", R/C trucks and more.
Roberts Family Farm - Guston, KY
Open every day. Pumpkin Patch, Hayrides, Cornmaze and more.
Happy Jack's Pumpkin Farm - Frankfort, KY
Open every day. Enjoy hayrides to the pumpkin patch.
Reed Valley Orchard - Paris, KY
Every Saturday in October they have Country Harvest Trail Days. Pick your own pumpkins, walk the nature trail, local live music and more.
Devine's Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch - Harrodsburg, KY
Open to the public on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. They have hayrides, corn mazes, petting zoo, duck races, a trike track, giant slide, jumping pillow, hay maze, tube swings, and lots more.
Thomas Dairy Farm and Market - Cecilia, KY
Open every day. Fun zone, mega slides, corn pit, hayrides, corn maze, pumpkins, petting zoo and more.
Huber's - Starlight, IN
Hayrides to the pumpkin patch every day with special fall festivals every weekend with live music and activities for the kids.
Cornucopia Farm - Scottsburg, IN
Open Wednesday through Sunday. Corn maze, giant slides, petting zoo, straw house, wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, and lots more.
