My first year I was the lone ranger and found a ton of deals that I shared with my family and friends. Every year since we all pile in my mom's econoline van and all 7 of us shop till we drop. Which is fabulous because we look out for finds for each other. The best find for me was more sentimental but it was a hand-knitted baby sweater with knitted pants trimmed with hand sewn lace. Knowing someone must have spent countless hours on this beautiful little outfit and I got it for such a steal of $2.50. When I had my oldest daughter I had her hospital pictures taken in it.

My daughter and I shop these sales twice a year and have found so many deals! We make a whole day of it and look forward to them. It's hard to pay full price for something when you know another sale is coming up!
