When I think of March, I think spring... green... and St. Patrick's Day! This protein-packed green smoothie is the perfect way to celebrate all the green things to come!
Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp almond or other nut butter
3 oz tofu
2 tbsp flax seed
1 handful of spinach
4 ice cubes
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender for one minute, then pour into a glass and enjoy!
