Our family loves corn on the cob! It's always a yummy side, especially when we are grilling. Thankfully, my husband loves to cook and try different things. Tonight he grilled some amazing corn on the cob!
What you need:
- Corn on the Cob
- Butter
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Foil
What you do:
- Remove the corn husks and silk.
- Lay the cobs on a large piece of foil.
- Butter the corn.
- Sprinkle with some lemon pepper seasoning.
- Wrap the corn up in the foil.
- Add to the grill and heat for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning frequently.
Options:
If you'd rather boil the corn or cook in the slow cooker, melt some butter and brush onto the cooked corn and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
There are a few toppings you could add to change it up such as grated parmesan cheese or cotija cheese.
