We have been trying to explore some "new to us" parks this Summer and this week we checked out Harrod's Creek Park. It is located in Prospect, KY in the Hunting Creek subdivision at 6530 Montero Dr, 40059.
There are four different trails to choose from, we tried a little of both the blue and orange trails. The blue trail goes into the woods and has easy creek access right at the start. The orange trail is flat, grassy, and goes along the creek. I hope to go back soon and explore more of the park, there is lots to see, plus it offers easy kayak and canoe access to the creek. I did not see any bathrooms so be prepared. Parking is easy in a gravel lot right next to the trailheads.
