Cookies. Cakes. Cupcakes. Confections. The big four words that perfectly describe the up-and-coming Sensations Confectionary virtual bakery. Created and owned by Jeremy Ford, this virtual bakery is definitely one to order your sweets from. With a menu ranging from Lavish Lemon Blueberry cake, Elderflower Passion Fruit cheesecake, to Raspberry Bonbons and many more. Sensations Confectionary is sure to have anything you need to satisfy your sweet cravings.
The Confectionary has also been featured in TOPS Louisville magazine and is the Official Dessert Vendor for the Ainsworth Louisville – an upscale, luxury sports bar. “My passion for baking and cooking started when I was just a few years old. During the Thanksgiving holiday, my grandmother was preparing the turkey, and seeing her adding spices and herbs to it, I thought I would add some too. I took an entire bottle of vanilla extract, and dumped it on the turkey.” To the family’s dismay, “It actually turned out to be the best turkey we ever had and has become a family tradition”.
As this virtual bakery continues to blossom, Jeremy’s next goal is to get a brick-and-mortar location in a centralized Louisville location. Stay tuned for updates as this wonderful bakery continues to grow!
Sensations Confectionary feature cupcake is the Mint Julep cupcake and the Lily Cupcake. A homage to the Kentucky Derby 2021 season. The “Mint Julep Cupcake” is made with a bourbon-infused chocolate cake and topped with a mint and bourbon icing. Each cupcake comes up with a horse topper and an edible horseshoe!
