I am a Masters level psychologist who specializes in working with the early childhood population (birth-5), attachment issues in childhood, early childhood trauma, NICU involvement, and perinatal mental health issues, in addition to working with children, adolescents, and their families who are struggling with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and social disorders. I am passionate about helping each child, parent, and family be the best they can be by finding interventions and supports that work for their unique situations. I see my role as being a helper and a listener to support you in finding your answers and teaching new skills to help make the process a little easier. I know we all have hectic lives so the strategies, interventions, and resources we discuss need to be useful and also manageable for you to use in your every day life. I want you to know that you are not alone, that you are not the only one going through what you are dealing with, and that things do and will get better. I believe that by working together we can make the hard times at least fade into the background so you and your family can move forward to a healthier place. I use a combination of evidenced based interventions along with anecdotal experiences to help children and families reach their highest potential. I believe it is important to also learn from the clients and families I work with and I feel privileged to be part of your journey.
