With more than 13 years of practical experience within early childhood settings, I profoundly understand the dynamics involved in fostering children's growth and development. My educational background includes obtaining a Bachelor's degree in early childhood from Murray State University, further augmented by a Master's degree in business management and leadership from Campbellsville University. As an esteemed Early Childhood Trainer for the state of Kentucky, I proudly embrace the opportunity to share my extensive expertise and best practices with fellow educators. Through this role, I contribute significantly to advancing early childhood education within our community, propelling excellence and innovation.
