A VISIT TO THE PUMPKIN PATCH AT BLESOE FARMS
Picturesque Bledsoe Farms, located seven miles south for French Lick Resort, is the perfect spot to unwind and make some new fall family traditions. Wander through the colorful pumpkin patch and soak in the rural country atmosphere, while selecting just the right pumpkins for the family jack-o-lanterns. Then, hop on the wagon for a festive hayride tour of the farm and scenic countryside. WILSTEM DRIVE-THRU SAFARI & FALL LIGHT SHOW WITH DINOS AFTER DARK
After a visit to the pumpkin patch, head to Wilstem Drive Thru Safari for a chance to experience over 40 different animal species and new animated dinosaurs as you drive thru the safari in your own car. You will also have a chance to visit the animals in the Roos & Crews barn which features a variety of small animals, kangaroos and reptiles.
At dusk, families can view the Fall & Halloween themed light show, which includes a new Dinos After Dark feature with animated, life-size dinosaurs, lit up with colors, fog and sounds sure to get the adrenaline pumping. The safari stays open until the last car in at 6:30 p.m., Roos Barn closes at 8 p.m. light show starts at dusk, around 8 p.m. and closes at 9:30 p.m. The Wilstem Fall Light Show featuring Dinos After Dark is available daily October 4 through November 2. Wilstem offers package options for families to purchase a guided wagon tour, and special animal encounters during the day. The special fall light show can be purchased as part of the safari or as a night-time drive-thru experience only without the animals.
